The first question that people always ask me is, "how long have you been a photographer?" That’s not such an easy question to answer. Officially, I launched my business in 1978, but the truth is that photography has always been a labour of love for me. I was introduced to the industry at the age of 15, when I would hold lights and carry equipment for local photographers to earn extra money. Learning alongside some of Montreal’s great social photographers, it wasn’t long before I, too, developed a deep passion for photography.

Since launching my business, I have been driven by a commitment to customer satisfaction. At PBL, we take a personal, hands-on approach to your event, whether it be a wedding, a family celebration or a corporate trade show. When you hire a photographer, you are entrusting them to capture and preserve your memories. That’s a responsibility I never take lightly.

Several years ago, I welcomed my son, Ryan, into the business. Ryan is a graduate of the Dawson College Institute of Photography and has vast experience as both a social and commercial photographer. Together, we will take the worry out of your event and deliver beautiful photographs that capture the mood and spirit of your occasion.
